Saffron will release its color faster if you use warm milk.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set this aside for now. As the saffron releases its color and flavor, the milk will turn golden and aromatic.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat a thick-bottomed, deep pan over low heat. Use a deep, thick-bottomed pan to prevent the badam halwa mixture from burning and sputtering.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then add 2 tablespoons of ghee and melt it.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once melted, stir in 1.25 cups (125 grams) almond flour. Combine it thoroughly with the ghee.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it begins to thicken, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and continue to whisk. After around 8 minutes, the mixture will begin to form a mass. Add 1 tablespoon extra ghee at this point. The mixture will begin to leave the pan after about 3-4 minutes. This indicates that it is cooked and of the proper consistency. Overcooking will result in chewy halwa. Another method is to take a small amount of halwa in a spoon and let it cool slightly. If you can roll it into a ball without it clinging to your fingers, it&#8217;s done. If the halwa is still sticky, heat it a little longer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4df43e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4df43e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>5.
