For over 25 years, Sri Annapurna Foods has been part of Varanasi's everyday life — the sweet box carried home for a festival, the peda your grandmother trusted more than any other, the plate of chaat that no visit to Banaras is complete without, the family meal shared at our table on an ordinary evening.

What began as a single pure-vegetarian kitchen in Ramkatora has grown into one of the city's most loved food brands under the PNJ Group — spanning sweets, chaat, a pure-veg multi-cuisine restaurant, and bakery — without ever losing the one thing that built it: authenticity.

Our Lal Peda leads the way — the sweet Varanasi is quite simply famous for, made the way it always has been. Close behind is our Sohan Roll, our best-selling creation and a customer favourite for its layered, melt-in-the-mouth character. For a true local delicacy, there's Launglata — a Banarasi classic you won't easily find outside the city. Our Kaju range brings the richness forward: Kaju Barfi, Kaju Kesar Biscuit, and Kaju Kesar Barfi, each cut and finished by hand. And for something distinctly ours, Cashew Caramello — our most-loved fusion sweet, where classic cashew meets modern caramel.

Our namkeen range is built on the same principle as our sweets — nothing hidden, nothing cut short. Every single one is made without palm oil, so what you're tasting is the ingredient, not the frying medium.

The standout is our Kaju Dalmoth — green boondi, cashews, and a mix that's become instantly recognisable as a Banaras signature (the green boondi is what gives it away every time). Right alongside it, our Methi Suhali has built its own quiet, loyal following — people don't hesitate when asked if they want more.
